  1. Damaged Signs from Shipping: If your sign arrives damaged, you can request a refund or replacement within 14 days. Email support@honeygrovemetal.com with the following information:

      • Your order number
      • Photos of the damaged item and the packaging
      • A brief description of the damage

     

  2. Incorrect Customization: If Honey Grove Metalworks made a mistake with your custom sign, we’ll replace it for free. Contact us within 14 days with details and photos.

  3. Personalized Sign Dislikes: Since our signs are custom-made, we can’t offer refunds if you’re unhappy with how they look. Please double-check your customization details before ordering.
