Non-Refundable Items:

  • Since each piece is personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any custom-made items.

Damage from Shipping:

  • If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • To initiate a claim, please email us at support@honeygrovemetal.com with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged item and the packaging
    • A brief description of the damage

We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, ensuring you receive a replacement or a suitable resolution.
