Non-Refundable Items:
- Since each piece is personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any custom-made items.
Damage from Shipping:
- If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and the packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, ensuring you receive a replacement or a suitable resolution.
